Returns & Refunds at Jawa Tools
Thanks for shopping with us! We want you to love your new gear, but if something isn’t right, we are here to help make it simple.

- You have 14 days: You can bring back or exchange any item within 14 days of buying it.
- Keep it brand new: Please make sure the tool is completely unused, unopened, and still sealed in its original box with all the manuals and parts.
- If it’s broken or wrong: If your tool arrives damaged or we accidentally sent the wrong item, let us know right away. We will swap it out or refund you completely free of charge.
- If you change your mind: If you just decided you don’t want it anymore, that’s fine too! Just keep in mind that you will need to cover the delivery costs.
- Don’t forget your receipt: We just need to see your original invoice or your online order confirmation to process the return.
- Getting your money back:

- If you paid by K-Net, the refund will go straight back into your account within 3 to 5 business days.
- If you paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), we can hand you your cash refund directly at our shop, or we can send it via a quick bank transfer.
